My writing. You can literally write yourself into any mood you'd prefer. I can even write myself out of deep depressions in a matter of hours.

Loud tunes and a vicious kitchen cleaning does it for me. Or planning the perfect outfit for my next meet.

Sorry you're not having a happy week.

You could go to a Chinese restaurant to cheer up, I was in one last week when a duck walked up to my table and said "your eyes are like diamonds and your smile could light up the sky"

I called the waiter over and said "No. I asked for the AROMATIC duck!"

Usually I spend time with Marc and my dogs.

But last time I was in a shit mood I asked the forum to help me with some music and they did

I know the feeling, but that's where we have different styles. Like Haiku.

I've learned to write some of my best work using the way I feel as fuel, with just a little change in style xx

Music - something upbeat - can't be sad or that makes it worse!

Colouring - I've got one of those adult colouring books or sudoku.

And coffee with a friend.

Or Mr G can always lift my mind.

Hope you feel more chirpy soon.

When I'm feeling down I usually take a peek at VaraDs gallery and find things suddenly perking up

Anyway : Two cows are chatting in a field. The first says 'I was artificially inseminated this morning'

'I don't believe you'

'It's true, no bull!'

This is so true. My Dad spent about half an hour the other weekend giggling at various animals/babies farting videos on YouTube after we pondered the question whether or not whales farted - we're rather juvenile when left unsupervised.

Can depend on why I'm unhappy in the 1st place but I generall find one of these things helps (in no particular order!)

Music, played loud & stuff that I can sing / dance too ~ good ole kitchen disco

Snacks - chocolate / crisps with hummus, yum.

Dvd- stick on a comedy classic / chick flick

Wine!

Friends, especially if the bring wine or even better cook dinner

"I get out in the country in the fresh air. Big skies and lots of greenery and walking the dog. And unplug!"

I phone Testarossa & listen to her 3 yr old wittering on or singing in the background. Or music. Lots of loud sing-a-long music
