Hmm weird. I just check that thread out.
If someone has blocked you and posts a thread can you view their thread? Is that possible?
Or try the good old fix. Turn off and on again  |

You can see it now because it was moved when you were trying to view it initially. It's why you got the error message. Now it's in a different (the correct) forum so you can see it when you go there.
