not us! have any forumites ever won anything exciting? we entered a competition once and nearly won an house. we had a hundred quid voucher instead. Second place sucked!

When I first moved to the UK I didn't have a job so I spent my time getting free stuff and coupons and other nonsense.

I had entered into a competition for ferry tickets. I didn't know the different routes so I chose the most expensive ones to win.

Turns out I won. And Marc and I went to the Shetland Islands

used to win loads when i entered competitions. best stuff was:

N64 from gamemaster.

my son won nickolodeon birthday hamper on his birthday, he was 3 but they had his age on TV as 13 for some reason.

I went to my first bingo night and won all 5 games and the 'tombola' where they put everyones bingo cards in a bucket an pulled out a winner....didn't dare go back in case everyone hated me lol.

Set us up for a car and stuff in the house. Really was an amazing feeling. Don't know what I'd be like if I won big time. Hysterical I expect lol

yes I won £100 on lottery nearly one a new car checking into a hotel on M6 unfortunately opened the door and allowed the guy in first and he won the car if I had not been a gentleman I would have won car

Actually, I did win a prize at university for being fuck of the year or something... dinner n' shit. I would have skipped it but there was cash involved.

So I went dressed in a black velvet 3-piece, blood red sating shirt & tie, painted flames coming off my boots and bleached then dyed all the hair on my head - eyebrows, face furniture, hair, the lot - bright red, and rocked up.

They were like "Who are you?!"

I'm here for the money.

I won £150 quid on the football pools in the 1990's. I've won £250 and £400 quid on the grand national.

Won £90 quid on the greyhounds at Monmore green racing track while on a stag party.

I've had 4 numbers on the national lottery twice now, still hoping for the big one some day.
