What do you like to call your friends in a nice way?

I have a few 'special' friends, one I call scrumptious or treacle.

What names do you use when messaging?

So you don't like to have someone call you a pet name? Just something that may make you feel special to them.

That's fine, but women get a lot of hi babe/hun etc. messages as first messages.

Would never think about it in a first message, don't know the person at all and don't want to be seen as sleazy.

With friends it's different, as they know me and just how soppy I can be.

I tend to put "finest" at the end of their city.

Say if she lived in Manchester, I'll call her Manchester's finest.

My closest friends tend to add "ya bollocks" at the end of a sentence "are you going to the pub ya bollocks" for example, I do tend to call men mate a lot, since I stopped calling them shag, I never call women anything but their name, because if any one called my mother love, she would say "do you love me? If not don't call me love"

Should call a few people lust! Haha

Love is a strong word, but there's all sorts of it, I feel strongly for some people, but not enough to marry them! Haha

I'm a Lancashire lass and as such terms of endearment are quite natural.

Love, cocker etc are frequently in my messages and in my speech. It's just how I talk.

North Yorkshire by the Sea

for specific friends; Trouble, Monkey, Cheekyface, Sugarlips, katkins, smiler, etc - most are person specific jokes or pet names. Generally I use lady for female friends, guys by name, and Beau in public for my BF
