How do you inspire yourself to sit down and get it done?

I know it's bad when I want to clean the house rather than doing my paperwork.

I've got more that I absolutely have to do and I'm finding it really difficult to make myself do it.

Normally I'd bribe myself with loads of junk food and chocolate.

I put my headphones on and go for it. Takes me ages as I get distracted so easily.

My powers of concentration are terrible.
