I use it all the time! Mostly for things that someone has said in forum/profile/chat that they might later regret (e.g. barebacking, married-and-cheating, acting like an idiot in chat). If I look at a profile and see that I've previously made a private note, that's a warning signal that I am 95% unlikely to meet them

I use them a great deal, sometimes for simple things like noting names (you can forget this when you have long conversations with people).

It's only available to site supporters.

I use mine when I say no to someone. Mostly it just says no, occasionally there's a one word description of the person; some say attached, others say idiot or fantasist and a few are expletives.
