Fun fact, the North Korean government hates China. They are frienemies at best. Kim Jong-Il said they were "traitors to socialism" and they also humiliated him a few times because he threatened to sell weapons to Taiwan. I haven't asked his son for his opinion but I doubt it's different. |

China despise North Korea and the feeling is mutual. The only thing China hates more than Kim Jung-Un is the idea of having an American military base on its door step near the capital. |

It's just posturing to try and get more foreign aid. The country is dependant on foreign aid just to feed it's population. |
