We're considering buying a 4 person inflatable hot tub and was just looking for some advice on how easy they are to maintain.

Any general advice much appreciated.

We're looking at the Lay Z Spa Miami.

I'll be watching the responses with interest as I fancy having the same in time for the spring

A family member has one, no problems or moans about it so far.

Reading through the Lay Z Spa website, it seems fairly simple and you can buy kits with everything you need.

Would be nice to hear from someone who has one

Not sure about inflatable hot tubs but I used to live somewhere with a normal one and the electricity bills were a little scary sometimes!

When I got mine we looked at the inflatable ones but when for a solid one instead.

Budget plays a part I realise. But we got a trade in one. Bit like a car, the owners had traded up.

The supplier refurbished it and it was great.

I miss the hot tub

I won an Intex hot tub and it was superb. I have friends who have Laz-y Spa and think the Intex was better made.

London and France

I have freinds who had a layz; but changed to an Intex;

The Intex seemed more robust, the fabric was better reinforced apparently .

Both were pretty good though, if you don't want ( or can't have ) a permanent one.

Apparently they're very loud! Just invest in a paddling pool
