It's a difficult one to describe (I find anyway), but when fully erect, mine does ache a bit, it's a pleasurable pain, but doesn't happen that often, most of the time it's just hard, has to be a special tantric session to achieve it. |

You feel the pulsing of the blood, the little muscle twitches and if you're wearing clothes the pressure against your boxers.
