In addition to the "I think it's fab" option on photos, they also need a "For the sake of all things orange, PLEASE never show me that image again" option, which will hide the image from anyone who clicks it.
It's true that the image can't be unseen, but why risk seeing it again?
Who's with me on this? Who isn't? Who doesn't know what I'm on about? Who doesn't care? |

There was one recently where there was an outrageously hot female. Whilst we've met precisely 0.0% of the people on the top fab list, it's still nice to imagine it could happen. Then I read her profile which basically described wanting guys the opposite of me which killed the dream and left me feeling a little deflated and still slightly horny. I wish I could un-see the picture. |

"I like the ones with pots and kettles on them. The black kind."
I've checked, just to be certain but I've no revoltingly graphic photos on my profile. I'm not exactly everyone's idea of gorgeous, certainly, and I'm sure many people would be happy not to see some of my photos again. I don't think any of them rate as eye bleach material though.
But anyone disagreeing could easily hide them if the "don't show me this again" option existed. |

"One got one set to friends only that is hideous. I like to call face pic, trust me. You don't need that in your life lol "
My face pics are friends only too. For much the same reason |

"people can and should post what they want (within reason of course)
people in glass houses I reckon"
Do you? And which of my photos made you need eye bleach?
Also, if that were actually the case, surely an "I don't want to see this again" option would be a good thing. It would save anyone from accidentally straying onto my profile and being faced with the horror all over again.
If you read the OP again, and pay attention, you'll see I don't suggest anyone shouldn't be able to post whichever photos they like (within the rules, obviously). My post is about an option never to see that photo again, i.e. to hide it from individual people.
I didn't think it was a difficult concept but maybe I was wrong. |

"just because you don't like a pic why make a big deal
just don't look or click again
not hard imo "
1. In case you hadn't noticed, this wasn't exactly a serious post
2. It is possible, quite easy in fact, to forget you've looked at a profile and look again. Which renders your suggestion totally useless.

Oh and way to completely ignore that at no point did I say anyone shouldn't post the photos that they want to post.

"so an option for the thickies
you should have said
ta for clearing it up lovely "
Yeah, maybe like the thickies that can't read and comprehend a simple OP and respond in a strop to something nobody said. |

I don't really think that way tbh. They're all human bodies, they're all interesting. Nobody's body makes me need eyebleach.
But then I don't really just browse photos on this site. I don't see the point for me. If I want to look at porn pics, then I go look at tumblr or something. |

That's a fair point, although, for example, a close up photo of a someone bent over, stretching open a hairy arsehole, complete with klingons does tend to make me wish for an "unsee this" button.
The post wasn't exactly serious though. It's the latest in my range of insomniac nonsense. |

I don't browse pics on the site so thankfully I am saved from a lot of it, unless someone posts about a particularly obscure pic in the hot pics gallery, and then for some strange reason I am forced to look.
I do look at profile pics if they pique my interest. The only ones that literally turn my stomach are the ones containing cum. Actually thinking about it there's probably a lot of these. Ultimate worst offender for me is cum dribbling out of mouth.
I wish I could block all of those images. It would make it easier than scrolling very quickly past the post in order to dodge the pic |

It's common practice here |

Now this is a tough one , and here's why .
Option 1 . Tis true I've seen some pics which truly I wish I'd never seen . But there are others who clearly enjoy them judging by how many fabs they have .... Which leads me to
Option 2 . I can't see how a filter system for individual preferences would work . One mans meat is another mans poison , and I truly abhor universal censorship .
Option 3 . I certainly know what you are talking about .
Option 4 . Should have just gone with this in the first place and saved 5 minutes |
