............... quite seriously I have a really bad cold, when I cough my head hurts, as does my throat, my neck... I am so sick of blowing my nose in fact it hurts to much to do so now..
So new head would be appreciated thank you.. :D

I thought this was an advertisement for a new person with exceptional oral skills!
A swingers exchange and mart kinda thing.
I was about to put in a request for a fine set of thighs with a bum that begs for sin and broad shoulders...sigh  |

You cannot beat the bug but you can beat the symptoms ....
plenty of sleep plenty of water plenty of hot soups
days 1-3 contact non drowsy + paraceto + aspirin supplement if required
day 4 onwards, sudafed tabs + ibuprofen x 2
gradually reduced dosage as you recover. |
