I like to see how England go under the new coach but just feel it be the same old thing with them as he's not had long enough with the team to made a difference.
With a Scottish grandad I have a soft spot for them. But feel Ireland will do well this year

I would of liked to have seen more new faces in the England team/squad but I think he's just going to do the job at Scotland |

"Can see England winning it this year (and it pains me being a Welsh woman ) It'll be close again, though.
It's better that way because it makes it seem like the winners really earned the win."
Yeah, definitely. Hopefully we have a final weekend like last year when everyone went attacking crazy! Made it so fun to watch! |

"Based on this game I think we know who the bottom two teams will be. Fun game to watch though "
I've got to be honest watching that French performance does not have me quaking in my boots for the 26th. But we know how unpredictable they are |

That's a bit harsh on England. Given a bit of luck they might not get the wooden spoon."
Was suggesting it would be France and Italy lol. England are a bit of an unknown atm... much as Id like to write them off as not being a threat its way too early for that. |

True, but they seem to be on a downward spiral lately... Italy outplayed them for most of that |

Italy should have won that match. They played better than France. That being said well done to the kicker for backing himself on that huge one that won it for them |

good start for England but then they lost momentum and the scots are always hard to beat at murrayfield still hoping England smash them in the second harf |

Ball in hand more, work the phases in Scotland's half and thinking more about what they're doing |

"Ireland v Wales today. Who's going to win?
Wales..
Ireland have lost some stalwarts and Wales across the board look stronger..
Sadly I think you're right.
Ireland 15 31 Wales "
Either way as a neutral and a ran of the game I hope it's a good one. Lots of tries from both sides. |

Being English born of mixed Irish/Welsh parentage i tend to go with my mums side so Ireland for me..
even though i still think the men in red will triumph today..
great start though..

"A draw, I think with both teams having periods of dominance in the match that it's a fair result."
Seens as I thought we were done for after the first 20, I'll take that
Falatau was immense and Jamie Roberts was defensively in a class of his own in the 2nd half |

Jamie Roberts is a beast. I wouldn't like to be tackled fully by him. Faletau was always involved and had a great game. |

Re the new era for English rugby ... Jones has already laud out his "masterpiece" ... win ugly .... ball retention and play close to ruck and set piece ... boring for sure .. but .. a win is a win ... |
