Had my slice of granary with mushrooms (grilled) along with cherry tontos and two medallions of bacon .

Got loads of fruit for dinner

eat my man meal at lunchtime now

Ive only just got round to having my breakfast, oatsosimple with a banana. Will have ryvita for lunch and rissoles with a chunky tomato sauce for dinner

well ive just had the 'special' in a restaurant in austria which turned out to be a bowl of big soup, which cost me 6 euros what a rip off!! and still hungry!!

Last nights takeaway pizza....2 slices with chinese chicken and red onion and one with pepperoni. Just as well I'm not meeting tonight! Kettles boiled so off to make a nice cuppa coffee
