10km race at the Olympic Park in the morning and them meeting my girlfriend for lunch and a trip to Camden
Nothing planned for Sunday. Probably a longish run as part of marathon training |

Dad duty which this week includes a trip to see the dragon dance in manc land for the chinese new year.
Going to be year of the monkey so going to look up the 1978 classic series..Monkey

Weekend with my dad. Traditional FNIWN (Friday Night Is Wine Night), hugs with the crazy dog and wall to wall rugby. Pretty awesome. (Just as soon as they open the M5 and release me from the static queue where I've been stuck for an hour!!) |

Two more hours and a sexy lady arrives for a fabulous weekend ...this time her trip up north will be so worth it...The Champagnes on ice a nice meal...choccys for her and some fun later then tomorrow shopping good food n company the Sat nite debauchery with the bestie so a mff....Sunday off to Holmfirth and recovering from Sat debauchery  |
