"How do you go about "smuggling" people into a hotel room if you are having a meet there with multiple partners? Do you just all boldly walk in together or do people enter at different "time slots"?" Are we invited? Good at looking furtive! LOL x

"I rarely do hotel meets, I just went off them and prefer home comforts.... but a few years back I was checking into a room with a playmate and was asked to fill in my details and (because in the internet booking I had put 2 adults) his. I filled in my own and handed the form back. The male receptionist asked "and your guest's name?" to which I replied "I dunno""
"How do you go about "smuggling" people into a hotel room if you are having a meet there with multiple partners? Do you just all boldly walk in together or do people enter at different "time slots"?" I have only done a few but you just walk in and smile at the receptionist as you pass.

If its someone new then a hotel meet is always good. It means that you can leave with little fuss if your not compatible or things go wrong, although I have yet to do that so far.

"We prefer meeting in larger hotels that have a bar area and large receptions after an issue with a male receptionist in a small hotel (from a big chain) that made me feel as if I was having an affair with my own husband and then questioned where I was going when I went back past his little reception area to go to my car " How perverse! an affair with your own husband. My partner and I used to role-play that scenario in Hotel Bars.

"As far as I know there is nothing that says you may not have visitors up to your room in any hotel? Grow up." A girlfriend and I were staying in an hotel in Aberdeen, the receptionist refused entry to a male friend who just wanted a cup of coffee in our room and to wait half an hour till the restaurant opened. We couldn't even wait in the dining room together. It was just a little way up the road from a swingers club, you'd think they'd be used to it lol.
"As far as I know there is nothing that says you may not have visitors up to your room in any hotel? Grow up." My second ever meet, I'd booked a posh hotel for 2 adults (I was fairly sure I would want to play!) Unfortunately, travel delays meant it we were late eating in the hotel restaurant and it was after midnight when I invited him up for "coffee". He popped out for a cigarette, and then reception wouldn't let him back in. They said 'are you staying here', he said no (bless him, it was his first meet, he obviously still thought that coffee might just mean coffee LOL), but that he was the guest of someone who was .... but of course reception didn't believe him, because he didn't know my surname. Meanwhile, I was standing by the lifts in a different lobby, thinking 'shit, he's done a runner, he mustn't fancy me!' Fortunately, after only a few minutes, he called. Cue total embarrassment when I had to go outside and walk him round the block, and explain (through my blushes and his) that I had booked for him to stay there, and sex was on offer if he wanted it. Thankfully, he did! I tried to bluff it off with the receptionist as a domestic-just-reconciled, but I think she knew what was going on LOL. Fortunately, after we'd exchanged surnames outside, she agreed to let him back in . Nowadays, whenever I'm booking a hotel room for 2, I record the second guest under his name, just for the giggle it gives me to remember this. And at least it means I can tell who-ever-I-meet what name he should announce at reception LOL

"I had a really bad experience with the jury inn hotel on broad street birmingham " Funnily enough, my embarrassing experience was also at a Jury Inn, the one in Glasgow. Are the Jury Inn chain "swinger intolerant"?

Single women have to be especially cautious, but all swingers should ensure they know who they are going to meet...there are some sick feckers out there and it is way better to be safe than sorry.

" Yes, you're right, Jemima. In my defence, I was very new to swinging. I thought that I'd checked him out enough over dinner to feel safe inviting him to my room. All ended well on this occassion, but that might have been more good luck than good judgement on my part
