I'm doing that too. I've spent too much time sitting around over the last few days, (working, but sedentary), and it's made me ache all over. Work is hazardous. |

"Yep, my lads got am awful cough and has had it for 2 weeks. So neither of us are getting any sleep with him coughing all night. So much so last night that he threw up everywhere!!!!"
Oh dear, poor him and poor you. I hope he feels better soon. Failing that, send him to stay with his dad for a few days  |

"Yep, my lads got am awful cough and has had it for 2 weeks. So neither of us are getting any sleep with him coughing all night. So much so last night that he threw up everywhere!!!!"
Cover the soles of his feet in vix and put socks on.. At bedtime |
