I've been known to fab a guys pic not because I've fancied some but because I've liked the pic (not a cock pic generally) have done the same for women too |

I disagree.
He may be fabbing the quality of the photo, or effectively patting the guy on the back for putting the effort in to look great.
Fabbing a pic means you like the pic, not that you necessarily want to fuck the person.
I've fabbed tonnes of photos of people I don't fancy and don't want to fuck, both men and women. |

People are fed up with guys and others putting others down, so doing things to help others get more noticed etc is a good positive thing.
There are threads most days asking for pics to be fabbed - by anyone - so it's potentially nothing to do with sexuality.
Also a lot of people here are friends socially, so there are tons of reasons people will fab.
Any guy getting fabbed by a guy can also return the favor - it won't mean you've got to get to love man pole. |

OP, I think that many men see being fabbed as a sign of interest. Sometimes it is, but more often it's just people saying "nice picture."
I've fabbed people who are older than I want to meet, even people I've already declined to meet. Sometimes a fab is just an appreciation of the image.
And yes, lots of guys who say they are straight on their profile aren't actually straight. That seems to be normal for fab. Just accept it and put your filters on if you don't want to meet men.
Enjoy the fabs. Appreciation and complements can feel nice from anyone if you let it feel nice.

I really don't have a problem being fabbed by other blokes or them doing so to me.
Straight / bi / gay are just labels which very crudely describe a spectrum.

Not necessarily. I fab pics that I like or that I think have been thoughtfully put together, not because I want to bump ugglies with the subject matter. I fab far more pics than there are people I'd like to meet. |

I fab straight women's photos, some fab my photos... obviously they don't do it to get into my knickers, and I don't do it to get into their knickers. It's an appreciation of something that's pleasing to the eye.

I very very rarely fab pics as a way of showing interest in the profile owner. I mostly fab pics to show I like the subject matter of the pics. It might be a really classy pic, it might show a beautiful body, breasts, bum, willy etc. I don't meet single white guys but I can appreciate a great looking willy/body regardless of colour. Fabbing pics shouldn't be seen as a precursor to contacting or meeting. |

However some people appreciate the art of photography, various styles lighting or even the pose.

After reading through and checking the photo I'm gonna put it out there that the blokes (apart from the ones that did it from this thread ) are actually probably trying to shag him.
