After a morning of picking up my favourite instrument (Electric guitar) and trying to learn some new songs, got me thinking... is there any others on here that can play a musical instrument?

Personally, I play the guitar and also a piano.

what sort of things can you lot play?

looking for someone to play with (music wise) if there's anyone out there!

Funnily enough, I went to a jam night on Friday and played the drums for the first time in about 8 years!

Would love to learn how to play the drums!

Was the last thing on my list, but I left it all behind when I got married.... only just picked up with it again a few months ago.

We have a family of sorts a few doors down. I say family. It's a drug dealer, his drug dealer cousins, drug dealer mates, and his mum whenever she gets evicted from her own house. He has a set of drums and literally almost every night he does the same thing a few times over...

Tom, Tom, Tom, Snare, Splash...

I'd like a Timpani drum to drown that shit out, but the front of my house might fall off!

Keep at it. I used to teach guitar and firmly believe most people can reach a decent standard with perserverance and practice.

I only ever taught one guy who couldn't grasp it, but he was too stoned to remember anything I told him .

Also play piano and trumpet. I love music so much.

We have software on pc called protab. It's great shows what frets and strings to use. You can download any song you like and it will give you the tab and you can play along with the song. We also have rocksmith it a bit like guitar hero. But you use an electric guitar. You start of with just use 1 or frets or strings and the better you get the more chords get added until you are playing the full song and then it will start to hide chords and you have to play full song. It also has games to help learn chords ect x
