There are an awful lot of repeat threads and possibly a similar amount of complaining about repeat threads threads. I dip in the ones that interest me and ignore those that don't. I would guess that if the topic doesn't interest you then only one thread could be one too many  |

I think people start new threads that are similar to others because they join in the other threads just to have their input ignored by the 'cliques' that are on the forums.

They start the same threads day in day out but no-one dares challenge them. 
OP new people join in on the forums all the time. There's bound to be repeat threads. Ignore them if it's not your thing.
