Invest in a douche. Your doctor may thank you but you'll definitely thank yourself lol once men become more aware of their prostate health and bum hygiene a regular cleansing can boost confidence.
And it may be weird but at least you get a professional up your bum  |

Guys u went for a health test for insurance n I nearly died . It was a lady doc dressed to impressed high heels n stockings n suspenders . I had to strip naked for her n she came over n squeezed my balls could not beleive it . I thought I was being set up . |

Lube is your friend. Use loads, and relax. Depending on what is being used to "check " your prostate it will either tickle or be uncomfortable. Relax too, don't tense up. |
