Cardio? I don't think you can target specific areas of fat, I think you can only target muscle groups. So general exercise for losing weight followed by targeted muscle building/toning exercises?
I could be wrong. I don't exercise much so I could have just made that up

Only diet will get rud of the wobbly stuff. However you can help shape and sculpt your midsection. Its not just about abs. There are a couple of layers of muscle that make up the abs so you need to hit them all. Work the internal ones with planks and side planks, then the outers with crunches, leg raises etc. Loads on youtube. Dont forget about your obliques (sides) and intercostals (between the ribs) as they all work as a unit. Finally keep working your lower back too so you dont become unbalanced |

Diet, cardio and core. In most forms of exercise and training, it's mostly 85% diet and 15% training. Do some juicing and three days a week of cardio. Cut out certain carbs like white bread etc. |

Start in press up position with hands below shoulders.. Bend up leg to chest.. Repeat other side. Do ten.. Rest and repeat.
If you can't hold press up position.. Start in plank position.
Also you don't have to do a full sit up. Start in sit up position rest arms on legs in front.. Lift shoulders off floor and try reach knee with hands. Do ten as quick as you can keeping head off floor. Rest and repeat.
Another. Lie on back, legs flat, arms by your side.. Lift legs off floor a couple inches and hold for 30 seconds.. Repeat. Building up to holding for a minute when your stomach muscles get stronger. Put hands under bum slightly if it's difficult to start...
As above but keep legs off floor and bring knees up to chest and straighten again, keeping legs off floor.. Do ten before resting legs on floor.. And repeat
Any of these for 10 minutes a day will help tone your tum |

"Of the wobbly tummy...
Best exercise, not sit ups, hurts my back too much... Any ideas? "
Gym classes, any of them really, just do something regularly. Classes help because you sign up and you're more likely to go. The Les Mills classes (BodyPump etc) are world beaters for a good reason, they work and they're fun so you keep going. |

I've found that yoga's really good. It's helped my bad back, I feel fitter, and being more flexible is definitely an advantage in bed
