Enigma, Era or Eros Ramazotti do it for me. So much to pick from amongst those 3... to mind springs 'Musica É' by Eros and Andrea Bocelli. Works wonders for me. |

Got back into classic Deacon Blue recently. They got me through a rough time on several occasions.

Iron Maiden....Wasted Years and The Prisoner in particular have got me though some very dark days and some very stressful situations. But in general if I need an 'upper' they never fail me |

When I'm stressed I listen to L7's album Bricks are heavy...1st track Wargasm then Shitlist then Pretend we're Dead. Usually my mood has subsided by the time the 3rd track kicks in. |

Absolutely Maiden for me too. I find the albums Brave New World or A Matter Of Life And Death do it for me. |
