We moved house in December and I've been to busy to go to the gym. Now i can't be arsed as shift work and new house is adding to my excuses. I need some inspiration to get me back on track. any ideas? what do you do to keep you interested?

I had to give up the gym as I was given the wrong advice and ended up with golfers elbow in my right arm and tennis elbow in my left arm!

now I just do lots of walking....its easier and a lot cheaper

Stoke area

I go with a friend. Knowing she is going to turn up on my doorstep at specific time gives me the motivation to go. Don't want to let her down. Try find a gym buddy. It works for us.

Inspiration ? Why not set yourself a reward each time you go ?

Just something simple, even as putting a fiver in a jar each time you go

That, or sign yourself up for a small race, 5 or 10km

With a goal to work towards it'll help motivate you

You don't need to go to the gym there are plenty of other things you can do without ever stepping foot in a gym

Pull YouTube up in your TV there are hundreds of excerise vidios, if you have a dog go jogging with it or buy a bike to get to and from work etc

The gym does not fit into everybodies life style if that's the case for you look at what does
