What's your safe word?

Do you have a safe word you use for anyone or use the one which was given to you for that session?
Mine is 'Swarovski', because 'no', 'stop', 'red' and other similar words are still terms used in play. Swarovski is a company in Austria who are known worldwide for their quality of crystal which they make for jewellery, chandeliers, collectable ornaments, binoculars, cats eyes in the road and many other products sold globally. If my mind is in the zone to think Swarovski, it's not in the zone for play! LOL.

When indulging in BDSM play then I give a new safe word every time. Always two or more syllables, always a noun, never a verb. Not in favour of traffic lights as amber can mean you should consider stopping or f**k it and go!
So porridge, giraffe and apostrophe are fine and hey if you use any of those in sexual play (normally) you are clearly weirder than I am  |

I find it really difficult to communicate when I'm being beaten.
My Domme reads me really well but if we're pushing the limits hard she gives me something to hold so I can drop it if needed.

Traffic lights when new to each other. I quite like the Big Bad Wolf one though- agree re gag, etc. I'd like to think the Dom I'm with can begin to read me well and know when and where to push so safe word barely used. xx |

It cuts out having to remember a word, and like OP said, if your mind is thinking about a safeword, it's probably time to say it, and safeword is probably the word that's already there in your brain. Lol |
