DVD's in the wrong cases really grinds my gears.

So I'm at a relatives house and we decide to watch Commando. I go to put it on and get the case for it, upon opening it I see Ghostbusters in it.

Although Ghostbusters is amazing, it's not the chosen film. Naturally I looked in the Ghosbusters box next, lo and behold in the Ghostbusters box is... Star Wars.

DVD's in the wrong cases. Annoying.

Agree 100%. Same with cd's, they have to be in the correct cases.

It's an endless cycle. I end up going through the whole collection looking for a film.

I usually keep my underpants on when watching films with relatives

If I loan DVDs out (a rare occurrence anyway) and this happens, that person is never lent DVDs again.

My 'don't lend DVD list' is longer than my block list here, and they're my friends!

That would have turned me into a gibbering wreck. I'd have to have gone through and sorted them all out.

I was going to sort them out but they'd only get messed up again!

Hubby had shelves made just for his DVDs (over 1500) and they are all in alphabetical order. I said that if he ever does anything to majorly piss me off then i'm switching cases for a few of them!

Mine are divided into categories - lifestyle, music, tv series, films etc. Each category is the in alphabetical order.

Talking of annoyances, I hate it when you borrow something from someone and then you have to fetch it back yourself.

I always return anything I have used and it makes me not want to borrrow anything out because I know I'm going to have to fecth it when I need it. Cunts

Threw out all the cd and DVDs a long time ago. Keep everything on a mixture of hard drive, sd cards and usb sticks. Also threw the tv out as well.

DVDs, books, CDs - all alphabetised by type. My ex used to delight in putting DVDs in both the wrong place (why oh why would Shawshank sit next to An Affair to Remember) or just put them in the wrong cases and then giggle at my minor melt down. I would like to point out that this was not the reason I left him, I'm not that loopy
