do you pod cast ?

Good evening Fabbers, friends and forumites.

Well after yesterdays rant and jolly computer based shenanigans. Goodness I was partly vexed . Its still not working properly and pooch and I haven't selected our football team we wish to manage or mismanage.

We decided to have a chilled relaxing evening.Pooch chose the beach , so we went for a star lit amble.

It was cold , but the chill was a tingle the ones that make you feel rather spiffing to be alive. It was a beautiful starlit walk. We even had a fantastic view of the Milky Way. Spiffing.

To accompany us on our wanders we chose to listen to a pod cast on our ipod. We chose "the infinite monkey cage" a brilliant and funny science show on BBC radio 4. Co hosted by Prof Brian Cox. Well worth a listen .

So chums do you pod cast , and what would you recommend?

Have fun chums

The far less vexed Taff and Pooch

Listen to Frank Skinner when I'm driving sometimes. Previously used to listen to a few Scottish History ones too. Can't remember the guys name but it was interesting and well done.

Funny enough, I've never got into the whole 'podcast' phenomena.

But I do like Audio books. Go figure.

I do loads of audio books too. Great for long drives - and getting to sleep!

Lord of the Rings, read by Rob Inglis. Possibly one of the best audio books ever.

Love the infinite monkey cage, think Robin Ince is the perfect foil for Brian Cox

Really into my podcasts, travel mahoosively for work so they are good when you get bored of the radio.

Personally as well as that one I go for

Friday night Comedy from Radio 4

Comedy of the week from Radio 4

Simon Mayos Confessions on Radio 2

Mark Kermode and Simon Mayos film review show (hello to Jason Isaacs)

Geeks say things from DoG

Chequered flag

To name a few lol

i am an active podcast listener..... i do that more then watch tv or listen to actual radio... plus great for commutes to/from work...

i have different ones on my list.. some are daily podcasts... some are weekly... and some just come out when they come out....

the Bugle (satirical news podcast)

the Tuesday Club (for arsenal fans)

morning joe/rachel maddow (for my american politics fix)

the Tony Kornheiser show (Can't explain... very funny)

frank skinner show

The Comedians Comedian podcast (bit like inside the actors studio but for comics... is a really good listen!)

there there are a few footy/sports ones i dip in and out of....
