My teeth.I have what the yanks call 'english teeth' they're not exactly tombstones but they could do with some work. but i genuinely have a fear of dentists...

Gas was expensive in the 60's.."give him just a little bit and pull his teeth out,what's he gonna do,he's 6"

I have some skin discolouration in knees and thighs that i am not happy about but I am not embarrassed yet about it.

I had my big toe nails removed years ago, which mean I can't paint them, not exactly embarrassed, just annoying

Legs...or the birthmark i have. Not massive (doubt you will even be able to see it on any photos on here) but noticable to me...
