If it were possible to code the forum, to automatically detect certain topics and questions and automatically answer them and close the thread, which topics/questions should be set to respond with which answer?
Subject: I'll start with does size matter?
Response: To some yes, to some no. Unless you're taking about chocolate bars.
(Note: it would probably be possible to code the fora to do this but it wouldn't be infallible and definitely wouldn't be worth the time and effort).

They could pretty much all be answered with:
"sometimes yes and sometimes no".
I want a 'Like' button on posts so that people realise that other people do notice and like what they say. |

It would be possible and actually not that much effort! Just a simple bit of javascript added on.
I wouldnt though freedom of speech and all that. Words on their own are no good its phrases and even then code cant read intent or context. So no point. |

That's my point with saying it wouldn't work well. There are lots of ways to phrase the same question or subject. And the code may pick out just one aspect and act on that incorrectly.
I mean if it were possible to code it to work accurately on frequently asked questions.
A set response to some would allow people to ask and give them an answer without the risk of people getting arsey at the same question again and/or taking the piss. |

Depends on the thread , mine tend to ramble on about all sorts of jolly nonsense.
Most fall asleep before getting to the conclusion.
As for the kiss , f*ck , avoid thread we should have auto responce as a bloke we do , poster above chap = pint lady = kiss

Is it racist?

Kiss, fuck, avoid?
All in that order

If we're going to have a like button for thread posts can we also have a dis-like button, or at least a disagree button, to. |

You could have a tick list option when people press new post. To say. Is your post regarding profile advice? Is it regarding no interest? Etc etc. The tick the relevant one and are redirected to that part of the faqs when they submit xx |

Freedom of speech on a moderated forum, bound by rules created by lawyers and management?
There is no free speech on here. Just regulated discussions. |

You're way too sensible and nowhere near confrontational enough for this site. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

As well as auto-response, once categorized into such an auto-requiring thread, could they disappear, I mean get moved, to a sub level of the forum - that it might then be possible to avoid forever?
I'd agree with kiss, f,p and the others listed, all going that way. |

Or a "here's what's probably wrong with your profile" thread/guide
Or
"We've detected you're a guy that's been here [5] days and are trying to create a thread blaming your lack of immediate meets on everyone else. Please try again when you have realistic expectations." |

On the 'my cock is too huge to get a meet' threads an automatic response that says,
This thread is useless without pics
Mostly because I find reverse image search a lot of fun on those ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |
