Wanting to cook chicken stir fry at 2am?

This trying to change my eating habits thing is doing my head in.

I'm hungry and want to cook chicken stir fry. WTF?

I have no healthy snacky food in the house, (or unhealthy snack food for that matter. I got rid of that to avoid temptation).

It's cook or go hungry. Or order pizza, and I'm not doing that. Or dress, shower and go out in blustery cold to the supermarket.

This trying to be healthy is a bloody nuisance.

Cook some, eat half, have the rest tomorrow - bam, relatively healthy eating (small portions), and you're not going hungry :]

Then again, depends if you're normally awake at 1:30 and eating, heh. (I work nights, so I suppose I have an excuse to be up silly hours on my days off) I'm guessing the other part of the problem is waking people up with the cooking noise/smells

I tried the drink already.

I'm too antsy to go to bed. I'll just fidget.

No, I should be asleep but my body clock is broken.

Or that! That's a better idea, actually. Fool your stomach. Or go to bed, since I think it's much easier to go hungry for a few hours in your sleep.

By the time I posted that it seems you'd replied with stuff that made what I said redundant, ha! Oops.

I've found some macadamia nuts at the back of a cupboard. Problem solved.
