What do you like to do to de stress...apart from vigorous and hedonistic sex of course....personally I visit the gym or do some other form of exercise (oh, and visit the pub regularly).

What does it for you?

For some reason I can't masturbate when I'm stressed unless the stress is caused by hornyness, which has been happening a lot over the past 2 weeks.

I miss read that as 'reading in the gym'...god I hate people that sit on a static bike at the gym while having a leisurely pedal and reading a book or magazine at the same time.....how many calories do they actually think they are burning?

Get as far away from my grandchildren as possible. I can't relax with any of them around. I live constantly stressed,so I'm used to it.

True...marginally...trouble is, often as not, they head home for extra portions of pizza after their mega calorie burning session at the gym

Just saying that working out and reading a book at the same time is not perhaps the most effective combination

I get what you're saying and I find it judgemental. I used to read and walk on the treadmill at the gym. And my pizza at home afterwards tasted damn good.

Not trying to be judgemental...I guess IO just associate a good work out with having to actually put in some effort...hence the name 'work...out'.

I'm not knocking you though Courtney..you look great, so whatever you are doing it obviously works for you

Read. Meditate. Walk. Cycle.

Anything that means I'm isolated, alone.

I cannot de-stress around other people.
