I bought one of these last week along with a rather expensive set of pens!
It's so relaxing and helps keep my hands busy so when I'm craving a fag I just colour in for a bit.
Anyone else have one?
I have not been angry since Wednesday. Quite an achievement for me |

I recently bought myself a Victorian colouring book. Lots of intricate yet beautiful designs.
I prefer pencils rather than pens though as can shade in better x
I keep telling my boy he has to keep within the lines & then maybe one day he can colour in my book |

let my daughter have a go and was really pleased with her work. She had never been so quiet for 45 mins. |

I use the fineliner pens as I was never very good at shading and stuff. I like how vibrant the colours of pens are. I use the Zen colouring booms. Can get lots of different ones too. |

i started with pens then i joined a group on facebook and the members all post work in progress or completed images and they share techniques. Really inspiring.
Was amazing when 'BUZZ FEED' used one of my images in an article they published, and when Millie Marotta herself sent me a message asking if she could use my image on her facebook page |

Oh I never even thought of looking on Facebook for groups or anything. Good idea. |
