Just getting angry with this bull shit about wrist bands for asylum seekers. The fact they are saying they have been forced to wear them and the reporters saying it's like the nazi with the Jewish people. Is it just me or does this anger you.

It angers me that we're treating other human beings like this, yes.

It was a private company yet again in Cameron's broken Britain that came up with the wrist band idea which would be visible when they attend the food banks and other charities.

Gone are the days that we "brand" people because they are different to us. I don't agree with false asylum seekers claims and I do think more powers need to be brought in to deport those who take the piss. However to wear a wrist band is demoralising it's like telling all obese people in the country to wear one so they get refused service at fast food joints and not allowed to buy any processed in supermarkets.

And in the meantime makes them clearly identifiable and at risk of abuse and assault.

So do other groups get different colour wristbands too? I'm confused.

No, only asylum seekers.

I put up a link to a story about it in one of the newspapers, (with the experiences of some of those who have to/had to wear the bands), in one of the other threads on this subject.

Tell you what, OP, put on one of the wristbands and go hang out in the area where they are being used. Then see if you can see a problem with them.

Read the link I posted earlier to the report about it and read the experiences and feelings of those made to wear them.

They may as well be forced to wear bloody great signs saying "UNCLEAN".

The Nazis forced certain groups to very obviously identify themselves. It left them open to victimisation and discrimination. How exactly is it different?

And don't tell me we're doing them a favour by feeding them. We have to feed them because they have no means to earn money, (asylum seekers aren't allowed to work if they want to - our rules). And they're running away from our bloody bombs!

Bullshit. To try to put in place governments that will do what we want and instead destabilising entire countries and opening the way for IS.

It's not about democracy. It's about oil and resources and having a West-friendly government.

"Fucking holiday nazi bastards I will be telling my hotel I won't stand for it. How degrading to have to wear a wrist band to get a drink or meal that I have PAID for. Disgusting nazi bastards

LOL! An excellent display of politically correct outrage. I hope you've given your car a damn good thrashing as well!

And my car is fucking German it's just too much "

If you guys can't tell the difference between a wristband marking someone out as a refugee, when clearly many people in our socity have contempt and anger towards them, and a wristband that marks you out as a customer of a hotel then I'm not surprised you're easily confused and annoyed.

Oh I'm not annoyed or confused..

I'm laughing my arse off at the bollocks being brought up over a fucking wristband..

Nobody's tattooing there arms with serial codes, nobody's wanting to intern them for life, nobody's suggested gassing them, David Cameron isn't insisting on children saluting him, there's no pledge to the fuhrer... It's a wristband, I'm wearing a similar one now only mines a charity one from imperial war museum!.

It's utter pc bollocks...

Actually, I've seen posts on these forums suggesting that we should shoot them all amongst other stuff.

Of course, I'm aware that's just macho bullshit but there are plenty of crazy people out there advocating some very extremely reactionary stuff, all fermenting the atmosphere of intolerance and bigotry.

I suspect that it won't be long before we have a terrible incident, and I for one wouldn't want to be wearing anything that stood me out as a target.

You've read a line from a few people on the internet who've got about as much intellectual capability to argue than... let's shoot them, and you think that's going to happen... In the UK!!.

Look up the protest in London in the 80s for salman Rushdie, there's tens of thousands of people with banners clearly saying kill the mother fucker, and guess what... They fucking meant it!

The 80s was awhile back mind, so go and have a look at the protests in denmark or France.. Lol you know there was a few carrying placards that said behead the infidels... They say infidels they meant some people drawing cartoons for a living.... Cartoons, fucking crayoning pictures of a bloke with a beard...

Your worried about some idiot who won't do diddley shit on a swinger site saying kill em..

Your looking at the wrong thing to be worried about

"It's the hysterical PC media at it again (last week it was RED doors!?) looking for 'outraged' asylum seekers.

Apparently they will now get ID cards, which was probably the original idea but was most likely shelved because it was perceived to be too draconian!? "

when i was a social and economic immigrant in Switzerland we had to carry id cards it was never a hard ship to do so. you get used to checking wallet, keys, work permit be for leaving home. I don't see this as a problem but a good thing being able to identify someone when needed. how ever a wrist band is a truly bad idea for reasons already stated
