ok this has worked before and a few of us got a few of those chores done that we had been putting off
i have 2 id like to do today - first is empty and sort out the freezer as its in a post xmas chaotic state - and second is sort through the fab saved messages and removed all those with pics no longer showing (pointless the message being there now)

I found the last one very useful. My list is too long to post here but if anybody could give me a gentle reminder on the following I would be eternally resentful  
Sewing.
Writing.
Wallpaper in cloakroom.

right mrs - go and tip that drawer out on the bed - love sorting through drawers
im going to add some gardening as its so mild out there- grass could use a cut but i think its too wet |

freezer done and ........... cut the lawns and some shrubs until green bin was full - done the ironing - went for a walk - im more than pleased with today - tomorrow is clean out the car day |

I've just returned from drinking coffee overlooking a rough sea, walking along the beach looking at planks of wood washed up, mooching round the library, scouring the charity shops, chatting with a couple of neighbours and eating lunch. I'll do the underwear drawer tomorrow |

She can try but I'm not scared of her (she isn't about is she, can I hide behind you?).

how are people getting on with their chores - ive aranged for a long awaiting tree to be seriously shortened this week and today im spring cleaning kitchen (done the fridge freezer and cupboard already) |

i think im a bit sad maybe? but i have a book with a list of things to do in each room - and jobs outside - and take great delight in crossing them off - every so often i walk around the house and add tasks if needed and slowly they get done |

That is a really good idea. I would do that but I know I would just never look at the list, I recently looked back through my current journal and found a list of things I needed to do that was over a year old...only one or two things were ticked off  |

and its done - cupboards emptied and cleaned and all put back tidy - fride greezer and washer pulled out and cleaned all over and under - under the sink sorted out and there i also found the drain coil thing to stick down the sink - you know when one job leads to another - well ...................... poked it down the bath and it got stuck - so had to unscrew the plughole thingy and twiddle like a loon - sorted |
