I suffered a hyperextension of my knee last night (bent it the wrong way) and all my own fault I turned up late and never warmed up properly, so I'm stuck at home and hobbling about like I'm 97

Working from home is not a problem for me and work are cool about it, it's the fact I'm not able to train or play, could always be worse though

Fuckspiders!!! That hurts, I'm still not 100% after doing mine 2 month ago.

Get one of those knee supports with the velcro fasteners, it helped me carry the injury and still play soccerball.
