I need or a someone I know I should say needs a little advice to do with injurys and workouts. If anyone knows about this kinda thing can I 0m you some questions xxxx

Had a multitude of sports injurys, all of which have been treated by top notch phsios, so might be able to point you in right direction, but only a trained physio could correctly assess you x

I'd see a pro to be honest, injuries and forum guidance can make it worse.

Yeah I trained in sports therapy and rehab and I have seen how a misdiagnosed injury can be made worse. No disrespect to anyone here, but don't diagnose via the Internet. Always see a proper therapist and get a proper action plan.

Doctor then physio without examining someone people cant really give advice and shit like this can effect healing and outcome.

It depends on the injury, if it is not so serious you can do light stretching.

Many local authorities offer NHS access to physio and musculoskeletal specialists. Have a look on your local website and see if there's a physio self-referral place local to you.

It should take weeks, not months.

Contact you local NHS trust. See about self referral.

You need a doctor and physio then a PT who specialises in rehabilitation if it's a bad injury x
