You can't. Unless you block them individually

You can't block groups of profiles seeing your profile unless you block each one individually.

You can still block different groups from messagin using your filters, however if you do that the only one which doesn't show in your looked at me is single males.

Good Luck in blocking the 20,000 male members individally

And the 4,000 TV/TS

The 500 couples should be a bit easier

And the 6 female members will be all yours
