Male or female would you want to meet a slut, that is, someone by your defination is a slut? By the same definition would the average person on fab be a slut.

Someone can call themselves a slut, and if I fancied them, I would meet them. I would not call myself a slut, I certainly wouldn't appreciate anyone calling my wife a slut.

Good question!
The only way I can answer it is that I don't like mechanical sex or 'sex for its own sake'! I like to get to know someone a little and have mind-blowing sex with them! Being at the end of some kind of 'shagging production line' does nothing for me!
I've no right to call him a slut though, admittedly, and didn't insult him in any way - just turned him down politely!
The swinging world is diverse and people are free to sleep with as many people as they wish - but I'm more comfortable with men and couples who, like me, prefer to get to know people a little before they have sex with them. To me it simply makes the sex far better! |

I don't believe in shaming someone for their sexual appetite and I think calling them a slut is a negative, so wouldn't choose to use that term, but I do understand what you mean.
My preference is for repeat meets rather than one offs- so not sure how to qualify that?!
Is it as in quantity of sexual encounters, or as in quantity of different partners??

There is however a second definition

I tend not to use this word in any way. It's not for me judge others on their past experiences.
If you are lucky enough to meet a person who is willing to play with, don't worry yourself about past sexual relationships. Just be happy that you are fucking them now. |

I would go further and say being a slut is about flaunting sexuality and being promiscuous (I am promiscuous), while being a whore is about doing something you dislike purely for gain, I think a lot of people think (wrongly) that sluts are whores who do it for free.

Slut, noun, a woman who has many casual partners.
There are of course other meanings and views on this word.
I don't see it as a derogatory word and neither do some women I hang around with. I know people who happily call themselves a 'Slut' and use the word with pride and empowerment. Fuck what society has done with the word and whether it's used as an insult or not. Why can't women have many causal partners be proud of their sexuality? Take back the word and use it with pride sisters!
During role play and dirty talk I have/ had partners who love to be called it, especially cum slut and anal slut etc. And why not. It's only a word. If someone refers to Miss C as a 'slut' or any other derogatory term she would instantly be turned off....or smack them in the face!
I guess its a question of personal preference. We don't like the thought of being treated like meat so those type of terms are a turn off. |
