I do. Sometimes I have a read, but I mark as unread so that I can reply later. I bulk delete all read mail frequently, so marking it as unread means I won't lose it. |

When I don't have time to reply. Or if I want to think about it before replying. It stays yellow to remind me I haven't replied. 
Sometimes people get annoyed if they see you read their mail but didn't reply. |
