Why is it some managers will do their upmost to fuck you over? My manger asked me to email her a folder at 4:30pm i sent it a few minutes later, this was just before I was due to finish at 5pm, then just after 6pm I have a email from her asking why it wasn't sent but cc'd our account manager in. Thankfully the time stamp on the original email states it was sent at 4:36pm.
I just don't understand why she asked me so late in the first place then waited till it was far too late for me to try resending it. |

I'd agree but I was the assistant manager until she hounded me too much. |

ask her at your next 121 and document it. The fact that you like to deliver for her and the team and leaving it so close to the deadline, doesn't allow contingency in case goes wrong |
