Got to wait in today for a Sky engineer between 8-1pm and a carpet delivery between 9-6.
What's the odds they are both at the bottom end if the scale?
It does bug me they can not give you a more realistic timescale. With today's technology surely they can give a time within an hour? |

I always tell them I have school runs, somewhere to be and ask them to give me a call an hour before arrival so I can get in an do things, never had a problem  |
