Kent

Assuming they are cooked to perfection and you had a choice which roast would you choose..

Chicken

Lamb

Beef

Pork

Turkey

Gammon

Other...

Lamb for me. Whole shoulder with little holes poked in for cloves of garlic and fresh rosemary. About 6/7 hours in the oven till the meat just drops off the bone.

Absolutely Lamb for me (but I am from NZ originally ). Failing that, maybe Pork or Beef. I love Chicken, but not so much when roasted for some reason. Turkey I find too dry.

Duck would be my second favourite roast meat after lamb!

I know they don't go together in theory, but does anyone do Yorkshire puddings with a lamb roast? I love them!
