I saw the start of an American show of his last week and I have seen a couple of his UK shows. He appears to base his format on holding less fortunate people up as objects of ridicule and then shouting at them, a bit like Bedlam used to be.
Is this truly what passes for light entertainment...still? |

Years ago circus masters would parade people born with deformities and disabilities around towns and people would go to laugh and point and take the piss out of these 'freaks' to make themselves feel better about their own lives and circumstances.
Not much has changed, except it's now socially acceptable to do it, as long as you see the people to be of a lower class than yourself.
Its disgusting, it's bullying and I would never watch it. |

I know a family that went on it and in my previous role we ended up having to move them because of the show and the abuse they suffered as a result do you think the JK show give a fuck, did they heck. |

It's like Britain's Got Talent and Susan Boyle, eventually they stepped up but they were more than happy to court the publicity that her difference brought them beforehand.
Shows like JK and all that benefits stuff on channel five just serve to keep people down and use those that but into them as the instruments to do it. |
