Got in to bed.. Quick nosey on here before sleep.. Now fighting the urge to go make a sandwich..
Granary bread, salted real butter, tuna, cheese, red onion and jalapeño's.. Even nicer as a toastie |

I'm so.sorry that sucks. Isn't there a gluten and dairy free alternative. If not we need to get together and come up with one. Sandwiches are important. |

I'm used to it There is bread etc. but I tend not to eat it. I'm not a fan of carbs. |
