I think those things were more fresh / shocking then, there was less choice of entertainment and less exposure to... most things!

The video for Proper Crim-Bo! was on TV while I was sat in hospital a couple of weeks ago.

I have the DVDs and every once in a while I'll pop it in to my bedside DVD player - I think it's much better than his Keith Lemon stuff, the first couple of series were excellent! I still like it and still think it's funny

Funny when it was something fresh, but as with most things designed to shock, the impact diminishes over time. Certainly better than anything Leigh Francis has done since.
