Talking earlier about snow made me think that the sound of fresh crisp snow crunching underfoot is one of my favourite sounds.

Up there along with the sound of waves gently crashing onto a beach on a warm Summers day, the sound of birds singing in the dawn chorus, the breeze rustling through the leaves of a large tree in the park and the sound of a child laughing.

Oh and the gentle moans of a lady as she reaches sexual ecstasy. I'd imagine anyway (one day it might actually happen for me, well a boy can dream hey?)

What are your favourite sounds?

The sound of the f15s rattling above my house all day every day, I actually really like it, it was so quiet Christmas day without them flying

little house on the praire

I will go with what you said op apart from the lady bit.

The sound of silence

Babys/children innocent giggles/laughter

Heavy rain on the window when I'm curled up in the warm

And strangely, all though I don't really watch it now, coronation Street theme tune as it reminds me off being a kid as my mum would end her chores for the day when she heard it start

Kids in a playground at lunch and break times.

The glug glug sound of that first glass from the bottle being poured.

Rain on the windows.

Laughter.

Children giggling.

Radio on, Sunday morning coffee, first awake.

The sizzle of the barbecue.

When I was young, I use to like to hear the sound of a seagull, as I knew, that I was at the seaside somewhere, Now the fuckers are everywhere, trying to crap on you, Soooo that you would throw your chips away.

Birmingham

The sound of bacon sizzling in a pan.

The opening chords of 'Insomnia' and everyone on the dance floor raises their hands.

I miss the sound of my sister practising the cello when we were young when she'd wake the whole house. I regret not being as fastidious as her when it came to practising.

I have a bigger list of sounds I don't like. Some sounds give me goosebumps and make me cringe.

the song of the blackbird - i am having this played at my funeral when the coffin goes through those curtains - it stems from when i was very young and i used to sit outside to get away from the shouting and arguements - find a spot to sit in and tune into the bird song - even now it calms me down

The crunch of walking on snow.

The sound of kicking up fallen Leaves.

A waterfall or the waves on the beach.

The gasps of a guy as I suck his cock.
