I do traditional food very well and my roast diners are the thing that keep bringing them back for more.
I also do a great lamb rogan josh from scratch.
And am very good at cooking turkish food |

Best way of cooking fillet beef.
Get some cooking clingfilm, wrap said fillet in it and put in over at 160 and no more.
This way you can leave it two hrs or ten hours, it makes no difference.
Two hour minimum.
Then leave to rest.
When ready to eat just carve a decent steak off and pan fry on a hot heat for bout 3 mins each side.
If done correctly, you should be able to eat with a spoon .
Not that you would. lmao
