My calves are burning

But this morning I ran my first ever sub-20 minute 5k. I've been trying for this one for ages as I have alot of competitive running friends.

Their times are better than mine but screw them! I'm chuffed to bits!

Nice one, I ran 14 miles today. To stretch your calves, stand on a step/stair move to the edge so you toes and bit of foot are still on step, then just go up and down in that position, raising and lowering yourself. It'll stretch and help. My best time for 5k is 21.30

That's cracking. I'm shite at long distance. My times just diminish vastly anything past 8k.
