Is it only me who finds messages peppered with Hahahaha irritating or am I being picky? In my defence I do have a cold so perhaps I'm just being pedantic  |

I think it's a tough call...many don't like lol, but without anything to show it's not meant to be taken seriously, what can you do? |

Hehehehehe hahaha. If I say something funny I expect some will laugh but in a written basis these people just seem contextually inappropriate.
I'd hope their ability to please a partner is a lot more accurate and appropriate.

Yes, Lol is good. But the hahaha thing is just so .... annoying."
It's funny because I find lol irritating, some people little thier messages with it. Are they really laughing out loud that much, they must look like a giggling fool most of the time. |

If something funny has been said then it's ok to have haha and lol in the reply.
But yeah if someone is lolling at nothing it comes across as childish and possibly not old enough to even be sexually active and does put me off, i tend to fizzle out conversations with people like that. |
