If so you can buy the playboy mansion... although in the contract it stipulates 89 year old Hugh Hefner must be allowed to continue living there. When and if I see my house, I wonder if I'd be allowed to continue living here lol... |

Give over lol if I spend 200 million on a house, I'd expect the owner to be gone!
HOWEVER
this would more than likely be a person/company buying into the brand as a business sense rather than a home but come on now, you sell your home you leave the property lol! |
