i have a todo list of things around the house - tomorrow i will do one of them - its not large it just a faff but i will do it - recently fitted new light in bedroom - need to takeoff 4 small fittings from old one - fill and paint over - so whats the little nagging job you might get done tomorrow |

Mine isn't little but it is nagging. I've been putting it off for months and I'm running out of time.
It's a form I have to fill in. It's extremely important and I do not want to do it at all. |

ok - well my 3 jobs im going to do this week -
the lights filling in and painting in bedroom ceiling - trying to fix the porch light and cut the tree down to size in the front garden (this last one will be weather and my strength dependant) |

i've got a load of phone calls to make, only just realised while looking for my sons appointment (which i can't find so gotta phone up about that now too).
i don't usually put things off, try to get them done or they bug me. |

Organise the cupboard under the stairs
Move the exercise dvd from the shelf into the player (baby steps an all that!)
Hang various pics so it looks more like a home than a house

face your fears - i didnt allow myself on here until id done something off the list - so bedroom ceiling done - shopping done and crossed off - housework done minus the ironing - couple of errands to do later but cant be done until after 4 so they have to wait - tomorrow im going to look at the outside light  positive thoughts and all plus just being bloody bothered  |

I admitted defeat and cancelled session at gym but in all fairness I have a poorly child and can hardly weight beat on one foot/leg I've managed to hobble three miles so at least that's something lol |

I need to touch up the paint on the wall where the gold spray paint went a bit mad, and paint the black bits black (it's a gold heart on a red wall with black squiggles in it).
And I need to rearrange the drawers so all my clothes fit xD |

tidying drawers is what i do when i cant sleep - just empty them and put back what i need - or the wardrobe - surprising how much stuff you can get rid of |

I did try to start today but kept getting interrupted. I've spent a fair bit of time at the vet's too.
I have to be in tomorrow to wait for a delivery so I'll do it then.

tomorrow it is then - my job tomorrow is to see if i can fix the outdoor porch light - not the bulb so further investigations reqd  |

I have confined myself to bed with a cold. For once, I feel justified spending so long trawling the forums without feeling guilty. Does getting around to auditing inbox count as One thing to do? |

yes cos its a chore - i always pleased with myself when we have cleaned and tidied our inboxes --
result here - porch light fixed and the massive pile of ironing from xmas and new year totally cleared and put away |

This evening is set aside for the form.
The issue is that there is a big section for which I need to describe, in detail, the complicated circumstances that lead to a situation, and the impact of those, (no, it's not a benefit form, but in some ways it's similar).
I've been putting it off for so long it's become a huge 'thing' in my head and I have a mental block about it.
I'm starting it after dinner and I am determined to finish it. |
